Epic FAIL

I'm updating blogs today, so thought I should probably update this one as well.

I, obviously failed my restart of this blog. I'm just not at a season in my life where a daily photo is going to happen. Maybe next week...or next month...or next year. However, not now. Life is just too chaotic and too sad around me for me to try to capture beauty or even whimsy.

For now....

Day Two

Okay, so it's getting dark outside. It's also getting late and I am not in a creative mood right now. I finally decided to just get a photo of my blog page while sitting in front of my computer.

Hey...at least I'm doing it. That's the whole point....right???

February 22 - My Birthday - Day One

Well, we're not off to too good of a start. I did take the photo yesterday, but then forgot to post it.

Yesterday, was just kind of a mixed up day even though I guess it did end alright. Just not the kind of day I had hoped for.

Meanwhile, I just realized that to get caught up I need to go ahead and get a photo for today....

Anyway, these flowers were in a big (and I mean huge) pot outside of the place where we had lunch yesterday. Their beautiful color caught my eye when we got out of the car.

Testing....123...

It occured to me today that with my camera phone I might actually be able to post photos to this blog again.

I have kind of gotten out of the habit - but maybe it would be good therapy to starting trying to get a photo a day again...

We'll see...

Gotta get the camera manual out - I can't seem to get the file small enough for Blogger to accept it.

Day Nine

I am filling in for a Pet Sitter this week and each day as I stand outside while the dogs run around the client’s yard - my attention lands on this tree.

It is the only tree snag in the yard and I can’t help but wonder why the tree died and why the owner hasn’t cut it down.

If it ever falls it will take out the fence - hopefully not on my “watch” if it does (knock on wood…dead wood as it were…Ha-Ha)…only two more visits for me…until the other Pet Sitter returns…

Day Eight

The last few days - the weather has been cold and dreary. Today I noticed this empty birdhouse. When the weather is warmer there is usually a family of wrens in it. For now...it sits...awaiting Spring...
